As a well-known e-commerce platform in Taiwan, momo has tens of thousands of shipments that need to be processed every day. The empty boxes that have been picked up need to be recycled and processed. For safe, efficient, and low-cost recycling of empty boxes, we build this equipment for momo. A warehousing logistics stacking system is used to recycle used empty containers with ABB robotic arms efficiently.
The purpose of this project is to replace the repeated and mechanized stacking of empty boxes by operators. Initially, operators needed to stack empty boxes on pallets. When the height of boxes exceeds 1.6 meters, stacking difficulties and dangers increase. The central part of the operation process:
